Got open water Certified here in the winter- super recommend this place for its classes and gear. My teacher Roman was down to earth, happy to help with individual needs and answer any questions, and had a very obvious wealth of experience and passion for scuba and the ocean. They monitor conditions and pick dive training locations based on those. Classes are capped at 5 students to keep it small, and he made sure we all got comfy gear for the cold winter water. Also students get a lifelong discount, which is very cool for a small business to do.

The sales people are also very friendly, not pushy, and do their best to find a solution for you. They are flexible with gear rental selections, and have a lot of cool dives on their calendar. Definitely coming back, go take their classes!

This was my first time scuba diving, and I had a great experience with Dive Centre Bondi. Delmar, my instructor, was fantastic. He clearly explained the process before we got in the water, which helped me feel comfortable and safe throughout the dive.

During the dive, we saw a Port Jackson shark, cuttlefish, needlefish, rays, and many other local marine animals. Delmar was patient and gave helpful advice on how to improve my form and breathing. He also shared recommendations on what steps to take if I want to continue with scuba diving in the future.

Overall, it was an amazing first dive and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone curious about trying scuba for the first time.

From the minute I made contact with DCB, I felt at ease and in great hands.
