Dive Against Debris!

Do you want to do your part in the fight against marine pollution? Dive Centre Bondi have partnered with Project AWARE to Adopt a Dive Site - Camp Cove. As our main training site Camp Cove is very close to our hearts at Dive Centre Bondi and sadly, as with many dive sites all over the world, it suffers from consistent issues of marine debris.

Clean Up Day Details

Camp Cove is one of Sydney’s most popular beaches, not only for divers but for tourists and locals as well. Located on the South Headland it boasts amazing harbour views with a number of stunning rocky reefs to explore.

Join us! Above or under the water on any of our Dive Against Debris Days at 9:30am at Camp Cove for a briefing. If you need to organise any gear beforehand, please meet us at Dive Centre Bondi at 8:30 am.The clean up lasts approximately an hour, after which we spend some time sorting through the debris and collecting data for Project AWARE.

To finish the day Dive Centre Bondi would like to thank all participants with a Dive Against Debris BBQ at the dive centre.
